There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub.
