Buscalan accommodation is managed by Libeth, born and raised in Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga. I manage the establishment with my husband, Nick. Our accommodation had been open since 2018 and accredited by Department of Tourism since 2022. We offer a whole house with a private room, free use of kitchen utensils, dining area, veranda, and a shared bathroom/ C.R. We also offer UNLI locally brewed coffee and native rice. The Abad's Guesthouse

This listing has two properties. The main house which is a three bedded bungalow. The guesthouse- facing a magnificent mountain view, just located at the back garden facing the host's private pool- is a two storey flat. The groundfloor serves as the host's mini gym, the upper floor with one ensuit bedroom, and a changing room-now converted to 2nd BR. All rooms and the gym are fully air-conditioned. Guests privacy/cmfrt guaranteed. Maximum of 8 guests-pre approved.
