The boat ramp is a short two min drive and we are seven minutes by car to Taupo township. The perfect spot for your next break. The views are amazing! A special Kiwi experience!

Stay in an iconic home perched on a cliff near Lake Taupo. With stunning views from your private spacious, modern & warm apartment looking over the water to Mt Tauhara & the lights of Taupo. Wake early to enjoy views of the sun rising behind the mountain. Situated in popular Acacia Bay, from the front door you can walk to the local swimming area & boat ramp in less than a minute – or the local store and bar/restaurant (The Bay) in three minutes. Taupo town is only a seven minute drive away.

Peace and Tranquility Close to Town

We invite you to stay in our spacious four-bedroom home, on a sunny and private one acre section, with great outdoor entertaining and barbecue areas just a ten minute drive from Taupo. Bedrooms 1-3 each have queen size-beds, while bedroom 4 has a king-size bed and king single with a single trundler bed beneath. A roll-away bed and port-a-cot (crib) are available on request. Free WIFI and Sky sports channels, and an excellent sound bar for music which can be connected to via Bluetooth.

Views over Whakaipo Bay

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked kitchenette, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Uber or taxi available if you do not have a vehicle.
