This private but very accessible cabin is ideally located for enjoying the great outdoors of northern Maine through all 4 seasons. With unspoiled lake views from each bedroom and the living area, a large deck with a partial porch, and all the modern amenities, this enchanting getaway will see to all your needs. With Fort Kent, Madawaksa, Edmundston, and Saint Agatha all within 20 minutes, you will have plenty of well established towns to explore. We call it The Decompression Chamber for a reason

House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.
