Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Herzlich Willkommen! Genießen Sie die Ruhe am Land, sportliche Aktivitäten (zb. Laufen, Radfahren, Reiten, Tennis, …), die Nähe zu Wien und zum Flughafen Wien. Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und ist südlich von Wien gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus/Zug ist die Verkehrsanbindung an Wien gegeben. Die Wohnung im OG steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Supermarkt und Kaffeehäuser etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Busbahnhof ist in 1 Gehminuten erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Wien. Der Schlosspark ist ca. 700 Meter entfernt.

Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

kleines Haus+Terrasse: 3 km vor Wien (15 min Zug)

Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
