Welcome to our cozy, recently renovated annex with its own entrance and private bathroom, perfect for solo travellers, couples, or business guests. Enjoy a comfortable double bed, fast WiFi, TV (Netflix, Disney+ & Paramount+ included), air-conditioning, outdoor seating, & free on street parking. Although there isn’t a kitchen, there’s a microwave, fridge, kettle & Nespresso machine. A 10 minute bus ride to York centre, nearby pubs, cafés, & shops make a peaceful retreat. Small dogs welcome.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable living room area for relaxing in. Parking is available on the driveway and there is a pleasant courtyard garden.

Situated at the rear of our lovely Victorian home on a private driveway, secured with electric gates The Old Coach House comprises a first floor studio flat that we have renovated into a cosy little escape from the city centre. There is private, secure parking with an electric charging point (available at an additional charge). A bus stop is located outside with frequent services to and from the city centre.
