Reach Piccadilly Circus in 30 minutes from my door via underground and Heathrow Airport in 39 minutes, or a 18 minute drive (no more than £30 by UBER). The flat is secure with an entry-phone camera system. There’s WiFi, a sofa bed, and a Nespresso machine. The balcony is facing a church, and once the windows are closed it is very quiet.
