Beautiful spacious bathroom with free standing bath including complementary essentials. Cosy living room with kitchenette, bar fridge, microwave, Nespresso Coffee, Tea, muesli, toast and homemade jam.

Little House on Dawson

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

This airy and light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse is centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches. This premise has a spacious kitchen and lounge with high ceilings, courtyard and off-street parking.

Merewether relaxation

A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 min(15min walk) from Merewether beach, ocean baths and known walking trails. Note: 2026 there is a building development close by and you may experience some noise disturbance.

Our comfortable modern studio loft is close to everything. Across from beaches, playground, cafes/restaurants and in short walking distance to Merewether baths, pubs, skatepark, tennis and wall-ball courts. Walk the Bather's Way into town or trail bike through Burwood National Park and Fernley track. The studio is suitable for a business client wanting a relax and/or fitness downtime or anyone after a comfortable relaxed holiday with an abundance of mostly free activities at your doorstep.

Welcome to our granny flat situated in awesome Adamstown. Relax and dine on the private large balcony offering fantastic westerly sunsets. Only a 5-10minute drive to Newcastle's stunning beaches and CBD. An Uber into the CBD costs about $15. If you don't have a car we have a shopping village around the corner and buses and trains at your doorstep. Why not catch the train to Sydney for the day, cruise along the Hawkesbury River or cycle or walk the 15km Fernleigh Track to Lake Macquarie.

Walking distance to cafes & restaurants, the Fernleigh track, Westfield and public transport (trains and buses). 10mins to the heart of Newcastle CBD & the John Hunter Hospital. Strictly no smoking.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

Seaside guest house, Bar Beach.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
