New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Bright Ocean Front Studio

Oversized studio with a prime surf break steps from your door (best Oct-April). The ideal base for surfers, or families (can sleep 4 people) the space is bright, airy, & thoughtfully furnished. No kitchen, but there's a mini-fridge & kettle for coffee/tea. One of the town’s favorite restaurants is just downstairs, making it easy to grab a fresh bite (note: you may hear blenders or the clink of dishes). Surrounded by nature, expect friendly geckos & the occasional chipmunk around the room.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.
