Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Welcome to our Art Deco style house, located in Marewa, Napier, situated on a quiet loop street that showcases some of the best examples of Art Deco architecture. The house comes fully equipped, with a large private outdoor deck and lawn in addition to the house itself to relax in and enjoy. The house is located: - 25 minute walk/5 minute drive to Napier city - 25 minute walk/5 minute drive to Ahuriri - 20 minute drive to Hastings - 25 minute drive to Havelock North
