This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

This lovely little stand-alone studio is cozy and close to everything. Located in a fun and quiet part of downtown Nelson, it’s the perfect place for active visitors! The Studio is a few blocks from Oso Negro Coffee Shop, Nelson Brewing Company & taproom, historic Baker Street and a Whitewater Ski Area shuttle stop. There is a convenient off street parking space right next to the accommodation. Coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment.

Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach.
