One Bedroom Casita with two fantastic terraces in the most scenic part of Old Alicante. The rooftop terrace with stunning views of the castle and the city is a great place to sit and soak up the sun with a glass of wine. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Explanada. The Marina, the Mercado Central and the modern city center are in close walking distance (5-10 min). The airport bus will get you to the old town in 30 minutes. From there, it is a short walk to get to the house.

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
