Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Other streaming platforms are available for you to log into The kitchen is totally modernized with a large refrigerator, oven/range, and dishwasher.

The house is equipped with all new appliances, custom built kitchen and modern decor. We are just a 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants/bars and entertainment.

Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

My Beautiful House is located in the heart of the historic district of Micanopy, Florida. Relaxing is a breeze in this wonderful home. Two large bedrooms and two equally spacious living areas are furnished with comfort in mind. There are two televisions with Directv service and free WiFi. The large backyard has lots of space and privacy! Established in 1821, Micanopy is the oldest inland town and the town that time forgot. Convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala via I-75 and SR 441.

FB Fans-UF BHG Stadium is 24 miles away. Itchetucknee is 18 miles way. Smoke-free home.
