Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

30 acre vegan farm with remodeled guest house! Minutes from town yet totally private. This eco-retreat is located at Peacefield where we rescue and rehabilitate farm animals - the space helps support the mission! We incorporated our favorite things: Peloton bike, treadmill, rower, Finnish sauna, bedside chargers, open floor plan, 5 star mattresses, yoga deck, appleTV, loaded kitchen, coffee/tea, vitamix, gym, Tesla and other EV charger, solar power and more! It's a sanctuary for humans too :)

Rose Cottage at Alpaca Acres

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Pileated Place

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

On the Grove, our guests become friends.

Harmony Tiny House-10 min to UF & Airport

Beautifully built and decorated, Harmony Tiny house is located close to Newnan’s Lake but only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Surrounded by woods on 3 sides, it sits behind the main home on an acre of land with a small creek in the back. You have access to the back yard with an outdoor table and chairs and also a key to the utility room if you need to do a load of laundry. The sliding glass door entry faces the backyard. Please note that pets are allowed and there is a $30 pet fee.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, just a 4 minute drive to Oaks Mall, 7 minute drive to the Ben Hill Griffen Stadium, and 13 minute drive to UF Shands Hospital, and close to many other attractions. We do allow pets in the property, however we do have a pet fee of $90.

Unplug and unwind on beautiful Lake Santa Fe! Enjoy your stay out on the dock while the wildlife flies by during an amazing sunset. This 5800 acre lake is considered the 3rd most stable lake in Florida and one of the clearest. Bring your Bass, Pontoon or Wake surf boat and keep them at the ready in our canal. This lake is also perfect for kayaking around the edge through the Bald Cypress trees.
