Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Apartamento corazón de Sevilla

Su excelente ubicación le permitirá disfrutar de las procesiones de la Semana Santa. Maravilloso apartamento situado en pleno casco histórico de la ciudad. A 4 min andando de la Catedral, giralda y los mayores espacios de interés. Rodeado de restaurantes para disfrutar de nuestra gastronomía, con supermercados, bicicletas de alquiler... El apartamento muy luminoso y recién reformado, completamente equipado y nuevo. En él podrán experimentar todo lo que Sevilla ofrece sin necesidad de transporte.

Precioso y luminoso apartamento situado en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad. Zona de moda, llena de bares y restaurantes, pero situado en una calle tranquila. A 15 minutos a pie de los principales monumentos de la ciudad y a 10 minutos de la zona comercial. Se llega dando un agradable paseo a través de todo el centro histórico. Muy bien comunicado con paradas de autobús y paradas de taxi. El apartamento es funcional, muy luminoso y bien decorado. Cuenta con dos habitaciones y dos baños.

Hay parada de autobus a 100 metros que le dejerá en la catedral en pocos minutos si no desea llegar a pie.
