The Downtown House

The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Experience country charm and beauty located only 8 minutes from downtown Laramie. The yurt features a modern bathroom with shower, kitchen, studio living space and wood stove. We are located in the tree area within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, downtown, the Civic Center, and acouple of parks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny back deck, in the beautiful fenced backyard with lots of flowers, a deck and flagstone patio. In the evening enjoy sitting on the large front porch as the sun sets.

Guest must go 3/4 mile to Esterbrook road to get service.
