Orchard Hut - Surrey Hills

Escape to the tranquil beauty of the Surrey Hills! Nestled in its own private orchard, within a large heath, surrounded by nature. The hut features a comfortable king size bed, television , table and chairs and a small kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, air fryer , toaster , kettle ,electric hot plate . Step outside into your private garden, featuring a wood fired hot tub, outdoor covered seating , cooking and eating area, wood burning stove all lit by festoon lighting.

The Croft

Set in a rural location - perfect for country walks - between Shere, Peaslake and Gomshall in the Surrey Hills, is our newly appointed spacious cabin, in our 2 acre pretty garden. The Croft is a double sized cabin, offering space and tranquility. The area is also fast becoming the South East's mecca for cycling. Peaslake caters for all cyclist's needs. One well behaved dog is most welcome, though must be kept on a lead. The cabin will only sleep 2 adults, and so sorry no babies or children.

Self-Contained Guest Studio Flat

Lovely studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart tv and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Ty Bach

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
