Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Store plener med trampoline og muligheter for andre aktiviteter for store og små. Etter avtale kan det leies båt og fiskeutstyr. Kun ti min gange til Langevåg sentrum med Devold som midtpunkt og hurtigbåt til Ålesund sentrum. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i Sunnmørsalpene, Sulafjellet med rundskue. Sandstrand 200m

Huset ligger sentralt til, med kun 15 minutter til Vigra lufthavn og 20 minutter til Ålesund sentrum.
