Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Great and modern apartment perfectly located in the heart of Goksøyr with a private shortcut up to the mountain and the puffins. You can't live any closer to the birds. The apartment is sparkling clean. New kitchen, fully equipped including induction cooktop, fridge+freezer, and dishwasher. Nice living room with TV and fast wifi. Fresh bathroom. Large laundry room available on request. Very quiet and peaceful place with a fabulous view of the mountain, waterfall, and the North Sea.

Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Fantastic place to stay and relax. Beautiful view of the fjord and mountains. The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Aksla mountain, in a quiet area, with access to the garden, close to the forest, 15 minutes to Fjellstua viewpoint, 20 minutes from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen. New and clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It is possible to add a cot and a baby chair for a child upon agreement with the owner. Free parking on the street.

Totally renovated apartment with all amenities, 85 sqm in 1 floor in our old private town house built in 1905. Free Parking on the property. Charging option for car by agreement 5,- Nok/Kw. Walking distance ( 15min) to the famous Ålesund City center with its Jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all visitors. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house.

Leiligheten tilhører en del av vår unike by-villa, med separat inngang. Vi er et voksent par som bor her, noe som gjør utleiedelen til en fredelig leilighet med en rolig atomsfære. Leiligheten er fin både for enslige, samt opptil 2 par.

Her er WiFi, TV (fiber). Stedet mitt er bra for de som reiser alene og bedriftsreisende (2 senger: en dobbel og en enkel) og par. Dyr- og røykfri leilighet med god plass ute :) Parkeringsplass og fine turmuligheter. Håndklær og sengetøy følger med.

Er en etasjeseng med en seng opp og sovesofa under som kan legges ut til seng. Hybelkjøkken med 2 kokeplater og stekeovn. Her er sauna og vedfyrt badestamp med sjøvatn som kan leigast og nyte roa og fin utsikt over hjørundfjorden. Her er og eiga havn med muligheit for å leige båt. pris per dag 16 fot 15/20 hester 600 kr pluss bensin. 18 fot 30 hester 850 kr per dag. bensin kjem i tillegg det kunden bruka. her er redningsvester som kan lånast. All leige av båt skjer på eige ansvar
