Relax in this calm, stylish space. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling and spacious lounge (including Sky TV) with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a fridge and a small area for making tea / coffee and toast but no cooker - who wants to cook on holiday anyway!! There are local pubs including one within 3 mins walk serving good food, shops and even a Victorian cinema in walking distance and many other Sussex and Kent places of interest within a short drive.

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

This cosy, modern cottage is the perfect base for a seaside getaway, tucked in a quiet mews behind Seaford high street and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Seaford is a charming seaside town full of independent cafes and shops and is surrounded by the stunning South Downs National Park. The house is a short walk from Seaford train station and local buses to Brighton/Eastbourne and is a great starting location for the famous Seven Sisters hike.

Our cottage is located in a peaceful and friendly village with two great pubs, fabulous Thai restaurant, post office and local Marks and Spencer BP convenience store, all only a short stroll away. We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery!
