Επίσης το μετρό απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ'το διαμέρισμα. Περιλαμβάνει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και τηλεόραση με netflix, ένα μπάνιο, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τα απολύτως απαραίτητα και μπαλκόνι με θέα τον κήπο.
