Free WI-FI now available. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). The Cottage is a quaint, Cape Cod style house built in 1950. It sits high on a hill in the heart of Maryland's Appalachian Mountains in Allegany County. It is surrounded by views of Wills Mountain and Shrivers Ridge. The Cottage sits amongst a 660 acre family managed forest. Visitors have spotted deer, turkey, rabbits, squirrels, black bear and a multitude of song birds.

This mountain retreat is a peaceful, stylish cabin on 5 acres near Berkeley Springs, ideal for 2-6 guests. The cabin has been tastefully updated with a full kitchen, hot tub, remote work station with high-speed WiFi, and a large deck with lounge and dining area! Enjoy cornhole by the fire pit or grill out and relax. Bedrooms include a king bed, queen with deck access, and full bunk beds. Dog-friendly and close to trails and local hot springs. Perfect for a mountain escape with modern amenities!

Oldtown Guesthouse

This two bedroom house is situated on a 1.3 acre lot, located right off Maryland 51. Whether you're just passing through or in the area to explore local attractions, this is a great resting spot. The Paw Paw tunnel, historic downtown Cumberland, C&O canal towpath, and more are all located within 15 miles. There’s hiking, biking, canoeing, and fishing options within a few miles of the house or stay at the house and enjoy a quiet getaway. There’s a few books, games and a roku tv for your use.

The River House

This cottage is also within 3 miles of C&O Canal, 17 miles from Historical Romney, 15 miles to Cumberland, MD and 10 miles to the Paw Paw, WV tunnel. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available for river excursions. Come enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing or simply soak in all nature has to offer in the backyard.

Stay in a quiet setting as you explore Cumberland, MD. Enjoy a day trip on the nearby, scenic, steam train. Bike the Gap and C&O trail, minutes away. Explore the restored historic downtown with shopping and restaurants. This space is not suitable for small children or those with mobility concerns. No large groups or parties.
