The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

This home is a great place to unwind and relax after enjoying everything our beautiful town of Alpena has to offer. The Greenbean is a cozy 1 bed/ 1 bath home with a lovely three season porch. A perfect place to enjoy the sunshine, while still relaxing in the comfort of the home. Private parking and a patio to enjoy the back yard space. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.
