The main room features a fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, dining area and niche with desk and shelves if you need to work. A spiral staircase takes you to a quiet bedroom with a queen size bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

Housing is a loft-style apartment. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is located on the southeast side of the village, very sunny in the morning and fresh in the afternoon . Perfect for couples or solo travelers. Absolute calm, ideal for nature lovers, many walks possibilities. beds for 4 (a double bed 160 and a sofa bed of excellent quality). The village of Ascros is 1 hour and a half drive from Nice.

IMPORTANT TO READ : This duplex in Old town of Nice enjoys a sea view with windows in East / South / West view. Requires mounting on the 5th floor WITHOUT lift of this building which is away from the noisiest places of the Old City. Nearby tram, bus and shops. Important to know : need to climb stairs typical of Old Nice (5 floor) and the ceiling is low in bedroom. if you are tall, it is possible to watch your head.

My place mix modern and antique, with the stone wall and wood beams, it has been totally renovated. You will love the volume and the space, with the separate master bedroom offering multiple places for your closes and luggages, fully equipped kitchen and the table for 4 person. The sofa bed is very comfortable as well and a curtain keep the privacy from both level if you travel 2 couples.
