We are ½ a mile NE of Eagle Point Lookout turnoff off Hwy 12 (GMU 16D) and 2.1 miles South of Torette Lake RD turnoff on Hwy 12 (GMU 15). In addition, Reserve Sportman’s Club shooting range is 1.7 miles (road travel) from the cabin. If needed, there is plenty of space on the property to shoot your bow (bring your own targets). This quintessential adobe New Mexico barn was renovated for an earthy experience. The casita is 1/3 of the full length barn. Accommodates from 2-4 in the heart of the Gila National Forest. Hike, horseback, hunting with your senses, a camera or a gun . . . whatever your pleasure! Very Private! Please be aware that earthen structures have "earthy" experiences like dust; insects at times; and earthy smells. Not likely to be your "cup of tea" if a cobweb is alarming to you.

This cabin is best for a couple or 2 adults and 2 small children. It is 375 sq ft cabin. You’ll love my place because of the full kitchen, the coziness, and the views. Great for solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). We only accept mature, well behaved dogs. That includes no cats. The max number of dogs is two (2). There is a fee associated with bringing your dog. Please read our house rules before booking.
