The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. The centre of bustling Byron is a 10 min drive. The Suite has a king-sized dbl bed, ensuite, private entry, private verandah and courtyard with table and chairs, and a desk in a nook. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway.

The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
