A is the top unit & B is the lower unit and it's a studio style floor plan. Each unit has a washer, dryer, fridge and more great amenities. Each unit has it's own separate entrance and parking. You will see the love they spent in every inch of this precious country cottage. The cottage has 1 king bed 1 bathroom and easy parking. Perfect for a couple nights stay next to the majestic zion 17 miles, 50 to bryce, 90 to antelope point. Orderville is a very small town, this awesome cottage is located on the main hwy 89 drag!

The Little Rock house is 950 SQ FT house equipped with 1 Bedroom containing a King size bed, flat screen smart TV, a bathroom with tile shower, sink and toilet. It has a living space with 2 couches/2 chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has an electric range stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Both bedroom /living room have heater/ac units. Charcoal/ propane BBQ Grills. 4 chairs and counter for dining

After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. the family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.
