A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. The house includes hot water to the taps, indoor toilet and stand up shower. (see below)

Being just out of town affords a quiet setting and nice mountain views yet it's only a short drive to the grocery store and shopping. Drive out of the city commotion, and stay in the beautiful hills. Quiet apartment with a king size bed north of Fairbanks. This unit has everything to make your stay comfortable. After exploring Fairbanks, you can get your gear cleaned in the washer and dryer. Sleep tight on the memory foam mattress. Create something special in the full kitchen. Work on your to-do list in the home office. Or just relax on the couch with free access to Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon. Truly a relaxing stay.

Approximately 15 minute drive from downtown Fairbanks. The driveway to the cabin may require a vehicle with 4 wheel drive and winter tires in the winter

Walking through the kitchen/dining area into the living room is a pullout couch with extra linens and large windows to let in the Alaskan sun. Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.
