En el area de la piscina, hay una camara refrigerante, un anafre (Lps. 300 alquiler), microondas, cafetera y dispensador de agua de cinco (5) galones. Restaurantes, bancos, farmacias, supermercados, gasolinera, pulperias, etc. a pocos minutos conduciendo en su vehiculo.
