Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. Willows Caravan

Willows one of our deluxe caravans and is a two-bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a double bedroom, single bedroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room area, and a bathroom. This caravan has full central heating throughout. Our online booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights). If your booking requirements are different from these parameters, please call us directly for availability.

Tannery House Garden Room 2 - Cosy Double en suite

Tannery House is a hidden gem set within private grounds, with Bakewell on your doorstep. A family home, and two very friendly dogs, Ziggy and Bounty. We will be around if you need us and happy to have a chat. Currently breakfast is available at Avenue House, a few mins walk away. Breakfast is between 8.30 to 10.00am and is included in the price.. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE BOOKING DECEMBER 31st or 1ST BREAKFAST OPTION WILL BE BREAKFAST COBS or PASTRIES TAKEN IN YOUR ROOM FROM 9AM.

One spacious en-suite bedroom within a stone farmhouse in annexe with own entrance - situated in a village on the Staffordshire Way. Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.
