This is ‘Het Witte Heertje’, our traditional townhouse in the centre of Utrecht. The house was originally built around 1880. We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

When you book for three persons, I’ll install a foldingbed in the front room (diningroom). No parties, loud music, visitors or smoking inside. And sorry, I ONLY accept reservations from guests with at least three positive reviews from prior hosts. Please don’t make the reservation if you don’t have any. I will not accept it.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

In de guesthouse voel je meteen de ontspannen sfeer. Door het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen en het uitzicht op de tuin en de dieren kan je het platteland echt ervaren. Buiten kan je allerlei dieren tegenkomen, zoals een haas of een fazant. En natuurlijk de kippen en de alpaca's. Op de loungeset die je vanuit de guesthouse ziet, kan je heerlijk relaxen. Je loopt zo de wei in om de alpaca's van dichtbij te leren kennen.

A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
