Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

The spacious and freshly renovated first floor apartment has every amenity you need for a quick college visit or a week back in town with family.

The Irish Hill - Uptown Marion

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. Rustic decor cabin nestled in the iowa countryside. You will love the privacy and quiet nights! BBQ on the back deck or enjoy an evening by the firepit in the backyard (wood onsite). Evening walks offer some spectacular views of the beautiful Iowa country sunsets! Close to public hunting, golfing, and Benton County's Hannan Park for fishing or swimming. Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.

Grant Wood House 1 mi to 380 & 2 mi to downtown

Warm and cozy is the best way to describe this little house. Everything you need for a comfy stay. 2 queen beds. 2 full baths. The bathroom on the main floor is small and the one in the basement is a shower and a toilet. Nothing special but it gets the job done. There is a sink down there as well. Just relax and enjoy the large smart TV with lots of channels to watch. Fireplace is for looks only. Do Not use. Mt. Mercy complex is to the back of the house.
