The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

Beautiful Barn Conversion

Located in the lovely village of Winterborne Kingston our recently converted barn is the perfect place to relax or explore Dorset. The barn is only a few minutes walk from a lovely pub, there are walking and cycle routes on your doorstep and only a short drive to the Purbecks and Jurassic coast. Youll find a superking bed and a cosy wood burner and if you have children we can provide all you need for babies and toddlers, plus there is a bunk bed for older children.

The Stable Barn is a comfortable, centrally heated cottage with split level interior and sculptured mezzanine. It provides extremely spacious open-plan accommodation for two. Wifi - Superfast fibre To the rear of the barn is a partly walled garden laid to lawn and gravel with clipped hedges and shrubs. The cottage is equipped with a sprinkler system, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector. Superfast fibre broadband and Smart TV.

No.3

No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.

The Studio ( Private entrance)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
