Cozy house of 65 sqm, the accommodation has been refreshed 2025 with new interior design, freshly painted facades and solar cells on the roof in 2021. Within a radius of approx. 10 30 minutes you will find i.a. golf, padel courts, flea markets, museums, beaches, various cities, cycle paths, national parks, Skåneleden and moose safaris.

🏡 Charmigt litet hus med privat bastu i Skånes vindistrikt – nära havet och Kullaberg, badplats, pizzeria och affär. Tunneberga gästgivargård finns tvärs över vägen. Nära Kattegattsleden som har utsetts till årets cykelled i Europa 2018. Skåneleden för vandring går genom byn. Huset är på 40 kvadratmeter och har eget badrum och bastu. I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. Tillgång till egen uteplats med grill.

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Det lilla huset är utrustat för självhushåll, men vi erbjuder frukostkorg och andra förnödenheter på begäran. Meddela gärna önskemål i god tid.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Bo bekvämt i detta fina boende, färdigställt våren 2023. Från boendet ser du magiskt vackra solnedgångar. Stranden ligger bara några minuter iväg och nås via en liten stig. Två större sovrum med dubbelsängar samt ett mindre med 80-säng som enkelt kan dras ut till en 160-säng. Fullutrustat modernt kök med ljus och trevlig matplats. Boendet är en del av ett parhus men mycket väl ljudisolerat och med separata uteplatser som skapar en ordentligt privat sfär.
