The Cattleman's Log Hut is a comfortable & rustic cabin with a wood burning fire, simple kitchen & living area, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, & an outdoor toilet & bathroom. We're near the Alpine National Park in a ruggedly beautiful part of the High Country. There is no TV, and mobile reception is patchy or non existent. However with fishing, walking & cycling opportunities galore, you'll want to ditch your phone and immerse yourself in nature. There is no electricity in the log hut!

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

The off grid cabin backs on to Alpine National Park, is walking distance to the renowned for fly fishing Bundarra River and a short drive to Middle Creek and the Cobungra and Mitta Rivers. It is a 40 min drive to Omeo, and 1.5 hr drive to Hotham.
