Lovely room with gorgeous views of the Dwyryd estuary towards Harlech castle. Within easy reach of Portmeirion, Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula. Ideally situated for cyclists and walkers as we are on a number of cycle and footpaths including the Wales coastal path. Cae Gwyn is in a quiet location but within walking distance of the village centre which has 2 pubs, a spar shop and a number of takeaway. We are also a short walk from the mainline railway station and on several bus routes.

A beautiful and bright 1st floor apartment within Clifton Villa , one of the best guest houses in Llandudno that combines the best of limited self-contained facilities and guest house hospitality and comfort. The apartment has a generously equipped kitchenette as well as a full sized fridge with ice box and coffee pod machine allowing you to safely enjoy your holiday. Secluded cottage in own grounds on edge of Snowdonia National Park. Wonderful views of coast and mountains. Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties, Castles and great walking and climbing. 2 separate bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).

Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, large windows, and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room.
