A perfect place to relax and rest with your family while exploring the Abel Tasman Nationalpark, the Great Taste Cycle Trail or the Richmond Hills. The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.

Tree is safe for climbing.Port-a-cot is available. There are plenty of toys for the kids and there is Netflix for those rainy inside days.
