This unique & tranquil studio is situated amongst the palm trees with a spectacular view of Hull Bay that’s a short 10 minute walk & 15 minute drive to Magen’s Bay! Features a queen bed, kitchenette, AC & full bathroom located off the outdoor deck. Deck features outdoor couches & dining area. Parking is located at the bottom of the road. Please be advised, the road is somewhat steep, but it's just a short walk up the hill to the private gated entry. Private staircase leads to front entryway.

You can feel at peace in the safe and homely residential setting and enjoy a comfortable and restful nights sleep in Grateful Grotto.

Come enjoy our executive studio apartment located in the private, gated Isla Vista Estate, a premier St Thomas Legacy Property that was a former Governor's home. It is located above the Marriot and is convenient to town and beaches. The studio features a private deck with gas grill, queen bed, convertible chair/bed for an additional guest (2 adults 1 child max). The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, fridge and microwave.
