This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

The house gives you the opportunity to experience historical places and luxury at the same time. There are markets, supermarkets, bus and tram stations, beach,restaurants, museums, bars, night clubs, shopping malls and shops near the house. The distance between the house and the airport is 14 km. From the airport to the house, you can take a taxi, tram and VIP transfer.

Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.

Our wooden house is located in a big private garden. It offers privacy and uninterrupted views of the beautiful surroundings. The self-catering accomodation. The house is open-plan living area with a single bed, an eating area and kitchenette, with a separate bedroom a double bed and bathroom. The house is fully equipped, bedding and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view while listening to the sound of nature and the river flowing beside you. Have a nice time :)

Stig in i en värld av lugn och lyx i detta nybyggda hus som erbjuder en spektakulär havsutsikt. Här kan du verkligen unna dig själv och njuta av lyxig saltvattensbubbelpool på takterrassen. Takterassen är över 100 kvm. På entréplanet finns det en privat saltvattenspool för avkoppling. Det finns även två Weber grillar tillgängliga, en på takterrassen och en vid uteplatsen vid poolen där du kan samlas med dina nära och kära och avnjuta läckra måltider tillsammans.
