This upscale three bedroom home sits on a large grassy lot. Featuring a master suite with king bed overlooking the sky blue pool, dine in the fully equipped kitchen, work remote at our comfortable work station, lounge on the spacious patio, warm up at the fireplace or fire pit, barbecue, or walk on nearby canal trail. Ample parking, washer/dryer, large screen T.V. There is an ADU that is rented occasionally. It is next to the detached garage (not part of rental). No windows view backyard.

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.
