Welcome to the Hey Loft, a unique, equestrian themed space w/a huge window overlooking the riding arena & pastures. Immerse yourself in the magical world of horses in this serene open studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of the barn. The space is designed in farmhouse/rustic decor. Privacy curtains divide the bed from the rest of the well appointed room. Blinds/black-out curtains are installed over the viewing window. The farm is minutes from the shops & restaurants in historic Waxhaw.

The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Come here to relax or to work in a beautiful, quiet setting. It has a very comfortable queen bed. USC-Lancaster is 10 minutes and MUSC Hospital is less than 5 minutes away. Additionally, the White Water Center in Great Falls is less than 15 minutes away. Please feel free to contact us for mid/long term stays.
