Dit middeleeuwse pand uit de 16e eeuw deed ooit dienst als kantoor van een voormalige sigarenfabriek. Authentieke elementen zoals de hoge plafonds, een gezellige binnenpatio en houten balken zijn zoveel mogelijk behouden gebleven.
