A cosy country cottage with the Great Ocean Walk on the door step & secluded beaches -Melanesia, Johanna, Castle Cove & Wreck Beach nearby. 12 Apostles, Otway Fly, Californian Redwoods and many waterfalls a half hour drive. Beautiful Otway scenery where you drift off to sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to gorgeous ocean views, kookaburras & kangaroos. Kick back and relax or adventure out and take in all the natural delights and treats the Great Ocean Road and Otways have to offer.

Our beach house is located on a large block in a quiet part of town. We are only 10min walk to the beach, or 8mins walk to restaurants, pubs and shops. Our house has connected living areas, while the generous bedrooms and the bungalow provide separate zones. Our large laundry with washer and dryer helps with your beach gear! Outdoors can be enjoyed in the large undercover area, with sunny days in the large grassy backyard or beautiful front yard. Please take advantage of our 3 lemon trees!

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Our 2 bedroom unit is a few minutes walk from Pakington St which is known for its trendy restaurants, cafe’s and boutique shops. The waterfront, city centre & Geelong station are 5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk, with Woolworths less than 300m away. Quiet, pet friendly & equipped with the comforts of home including air conditioning, a full kitchen, full sized bath, washing machine, clothesline and a pet door that allows small dogs access to the fully fenced courtyard. Pets are allowed indoors.

Set on an organic farm, this cute cottage is so peaceful and so close to everything - 15 minutes to Bells Beach and Torquay and Geelong. Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the sheep. We can bring the ponies in for brush. Plenty of toys and books and games for the kids, footy goals and a basketball hoop as well. So much to do or just relax in the serenity or take a stroll around the 22 acres with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
