The Fulton pier is just a quarter mile down the road, with it's green lights make it an excellent choice for night fishing. Go for a swim in one of the two family friendly pools on the property.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This condo is on the ground level with easy access to the pool, pier, and parking areas. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessary essentials. The bedroom has a king bed while the sofa folds out to a queen memory foam mattress. From this area you are 5 minutes from HEB and 10 to Walmart. Downtown Rockport is a short walk up the road or a 1 minute cruise up the road.

Enjoy on your own private dock, take out the included kayaks, peruse the local beach and eats! After you enjoy the beachy breezes, come back to the lounge-worthy back patio and enjoy the sunset as the scent of your grilling mastery wafts through the bay air. You have your own private boat dock should you want to bring or rent a boat and explore the area bayside. The dedicated dock right outside your door can accommodate a vessel up to 26' long and 14’ wide.
