An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Entry is via a steep external staircase with a private entry terrace. Not suitable for children under 12, or people who find stairs difficult.

Beautiful jacaranda trees line the streets of our neighbourhood and it is just a 2 minute walk around the corner to the local cafe strip in the well known Ardross St Village, and a 5 minute walk to the Swan River and Applecross Jetty, with lovely views across to the city.
