Također, u neposrednoj blizini je i sportska dvorana "Arena" koja je često ispunjena raznim sportskim i glazbenim događanjima tokom godine. Stan se nalazi u blizini autoceste, zagrebačke obilaznice, jezera Jarun i golf terena Riverside. Centar grada je udaljen 15 minuta vožnje autom. Stan je velik i topao, idealan za obitelji i parove.

The apartement is located in Jarun, Franje Wolfla street, a few minutes away from the Jarun lake, a recreation and sport complex with lots of bars, good restorants and night clubs. Jarun is placed outside the center, so you can reach the center by car within 10min or by tram within 15-30 min depends on the traffic. The appartement is placed on the 1st floor and the parking lot is in front of the building of the apartment, it is a public parking lot and it is free.

Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.
