το σπίτι είναι παλαιό πέτρινο αρχοντικό στη Καρδαμύλη που χτίστηκε το 1880 και ανακαινίστηκε το 2019. Είναι 75 τ.μ. στη καρδιά του χωριού. Σε δύο επίπεδα, στο ισόγειο στη κεντρική είσοδο του σπιτιού υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο, με άνετη ντουζιέρα. Στο πρώτο όροφο υπάρχουν δύο υπνοδωμάτια ένα WC και ένας ενιαίος χώρος κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, καθιστικό που βγαίνει σε ένα μπαλκόνι με θέα τον κεντρικό δρόμο του χωριού.
