This brand new stone house manages to blend a mix of traditional and neoclassic styles into the perfect vacation "maison".Its open space layout is ideal for families while its size alone makes sure that you will feel spoiled.On a total of 165 m2 there are 2 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor and an open plan full kitchen, dining room,living room,office space and bathroom on the ground floor. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα.
