After a day of adventure, come home to dinner & games at the table, movies or stories by the fireplace or a bbq on the covered deck where you can watch the train pass by across the valley and listen to it's nostalgic whistle. Sweet.

Cozy Cabin in Mink Creek Idaho

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the serene Mink Creek Valley Idaho. Quiet with beautiful views. Come stay in a real log cabin. Cabin is "unplugged" with no WiFi or cell phone service. There is a TV and DVD player. Float the Bear River at the Oneida Narrows, go to Bear Lake or go to the Maple Grove Hot Springs in Thatcher, ID. Closed during the winter months. I try to open in April or May. I’ve unblocked some dates. Message me if there’s a date you’d like but it’s blocked.

We are thrilled to announce that we have now installed a brand new king bed in our main bedroom! We have planted grass on all our hillsides this year - these hillsides become fun-packed sledding hills once we have had a decent snowfall or two! so, if you are coming in the winter, pack your sleds!

You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Come enjoy a stay at our cozy single level home with a rustic feel. Inside features a full kitchen, a relaxing living room, 2 full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. Outside features a big yard with lots of space for games and activities. It is surrounded by beautiful ranch/farm land with animals nearby. It is located 11 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, 20 minutes from Downata Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from pebble creek ski area.
