Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Through choice of organic materials, colors and themes we integrate nature and landscapes into our contemporary spaces which accommodate 2-4 travelers each in two separate double bed rooms. The main focus here lies on an exceptional sleeping experience best ever tested mattress, memory foam toppers and a selection of pillows.

A special highlight is the Finnish sauna in the apartment. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is only 200m away from the flat. A shopping center is nearby. Garage for free.

Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.
